Member management per CanG:

  • Member entity with birthdate, membership status, under21 flag
  • MemberService.createMember() with 18+ validation
  • Under-21 flag set automatically (birthdate < 21 years)
  • REST: GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /api/v1/members
  • Integration tests with Testcontainers
